Tenanted investment properties
We hold an extensive database of properties which are already Tenanted, and available to buy. We work on behalf of the buyer throughout the process and hence there is no fee to the vendor. This means we cannot give advice to the vendor on sale prices etc., but can and will give advice to the purchaser.
Property acquisition services
Once registered on the advisory service, you can also choose to be included on the acquisition service. We will refer you to any properties good for acquisition that we may hear of. We do not charge for registering on this service but it is compulsory to be registered on the advisory service first.

We can prepare all legal documentation and any relevant notices you may require. We can also help you with our knowledge of the Houses in Multiple Occupation regulations, the Landlord and Tenant.
If considering buying a Buy-To-Let property, you will need to provide your mortgage provider with a rental assessment, which will be done with a suitable surveyor with many years of experience.
